David Shirley F.C.A.

David trained with the firm and became a partner in 1983. He is Audit and Business Advisory partner with wide experience in the Construction and Hotel/Restaurant Sectors. He is an avid sports fan who is chair of governors of a local primary school and is married with three children.

Graham Potter B.Sc., A.C.A.

Graham qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982. He specialises in giving tax advice to owner managed businesses in relation to both corporate taxes and the personal tax needs of the shareholders/directors. His clients also include both partnerships and sole traders. Graham is married with two children and is also a trustee of a local charity which works with people with disabilities.

John Schofield B.A. (Oxon) A.C.A.

John joined the firm as a partner in 2001 having qualified in 1985. He has a wide range of business experience particularly in the bus and coach industry and provides a hands on service to meet the needs of owner managed businesses. John is married with three boys and is interested in music, theatre and is a keen fell walker.

Adrian Farrimond F.C.C.A.

Adrian joined the firm in 2001 as a manager having qualified in 1996. He became a partner in April 2007. He specialises in helping clients to develop monthly and quarterly management reporting procedures and assisting clients with computerised accounting packages. He has a broad range of experience across a number of industries.He is married with one son and is a keen motorsports fan.

Catherine Rogers Bsc(Hons) FCA

Cathy qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 with Deloitte Touche before moving to a provincial firm. For the last 16 years Cathy has dealt with all aspects of family owned businesses,limited companies and partnerships .Cathy is married with a young family and enjoys eating out with friends,the theatre and the great outdoors.

Roger Mason F.C.A.


Roger joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1962 and was  senior partner until April 2007. Roger is vastly experienced in business matters and has particular experience on advising medical consultants and farmers. He is married with two grown up children.
